Two Days of Planning and Collaboration

The CGSG recently came together for two intensive and productive days of in-person and hybrid work to prepare for the next quadrennium.

On Day 1, we focused on defining key tasks, timelines and expected outputs for the years ahead. On Day 2, we turned our attention to internal processes, including capacity building and membership, and began drafting a welcome document for new CGSG members.

The workshop was facilitated by Kristin Leus (CPSG) and Julia Geue (CGSG), who helped guide the discussions and create space for exchange and collaboration.

It was a busy two days, but also a lot of fun! We are looking forward to building on the outcomes and moving ahead together.
